Your organization’s voting needs may differ throughout the year and you may run into a situation where you need to add more voter credits than you originally purchased in your Annual Subscription plan
You can add voter credits from either Billing and History or the Review Page. You pay for your credits directly through ElectionBuddy to have them automatically added to your account.

Review Remaining Voter Credits
View how many Voter Credits remain in your Annual Subscription plan from Billing and History. From the Account dropdown menu in the top right-hand corner, select “Billing and History”
Billing and History shows the account’s Billing Plan and Plan Details. The remaining Voters Credits are listed in *Plan Details *along with the initial amount of voter credits purchased, and the number of administrators.
Purchasing Voter Credits from Billing and History
If you are anticipating that an upcoming vote requires more voter credits than you currently have remaining, you can add additional voter credits to your subscription in advance.
To purchase more voter credits select Account and in the drop down select “Billing and History”
Once you have selected “Billing and History” you will be able to see the details of your annual subscription, such as the renewal date and how many voter credits are remaining.
To purchase more credits, select the orange "Add Voter Credits" link.
Choose the number of credits that you want and then pay by credit card. Your account automatically gets updated with those credits when you make your payment so you can use them right away.
Purchasing Voter Credits on the Review Page
Set your vote up as normal. If your vote exceeds the number of credits available, you will be provided with two options:
- Buy more credits
- Pay for the vote at our Pay per Use price
To add more credits to your account, select Buy more credit:
Choose the number of credits that you want and pay by credit card. Your account automatically gets updated with those credits when you make your payment so you can use them right away.
