During a running vote, voters may be shown with an Undelivered status. This status indicates that the notice was unsuccessful in being delivered to the voter. The most common causes for an undelivered email or SMS notice are the email address or mobile phone number being incorrect, a landline, or the recipient's email inbox being full.

Common Undelivered Reasons
SMS (Text):
- Invalid Phone Number - SMS number is incorrect, does not exist, or is a landline
- Blocked Number - SMS number has blocked messages from ElectionBuddy
- Could not be reached - the voter could be out of a service area at the time of delivery
Email:
- Invalid Email Address - Email Address is incorrect or does not exist
- Email Bounced - The Email inbox has rejected the notice
- Inbox Full - The recipient's email inbox is full and cannot accept new messages
Postal:
- Incorrectly entered postal mailing information.
- The address entered is deemed undeliverable by USPS
Note: ElectionBuddy doesn't send reminders to an email address or mobile phone number that has an Undelivered status, as it increases the risk of being flagged as exhibiting spam-like behaviors. However, notice will be automatically resent after the contact information has been updated.
